stare into forever with your dreaming eyes
get lost in the eyes that seem to hypnotize
feel the pitter pat of your heart in your chest
feeling as if somehow by the moon you have been blessed
see his arms and picture yourself in them
a place where reality and fantasy seem to blend
float away to the sound of his music dancing in your head
the passion in your heart has turned your soul red
his words touch you in ways that you wish he physically would
you know when you let him know, he understood
but yet you two are always so far apart
no matter how close you are, you are separate in your heart
